Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the 7peaks.ai content-intelligence platform ("the Service") provided by Dogma Group Limited (company number 12096627, registered office 483 Green Lanes, London, N13 4BS), trading as 7peaks.ai ("7peaks", "we", "us"). By accessing or using the Service, you ("Customer", "you") agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

7peaks is a hosted software-as-a-service platform that helps brands appear accurately in the answers AI engines give. It provides a seven-stage workflow: Connect, Analyse, Enhance, AEO, GEO, Review, and Publish, that ingests content you connect or upload, optimises it for answer engines, and, once approved, publishes it to a curated user-facing site and a structured knowledge layer. It also monitors how AI engines (such as ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, Gemini and Google AI Overviews) describe and cite your brand.

No content is published automatically: the Service is built around human-in-the-loop approval, and you control what goes live through the Review stage. The Service depends on third-party infrastructure and AI services described in our Data Processing Agreement, which identifies our hosting and AI sub-processors. It is licensed, not sold, on a non-exclusive, non-transferable basis for your business use.

2. AI outputs, publishing and reliance

The Service uses AI to analyse, rewrite and optimise content, and to monitor AI engines. AI-generated and AI-optimised outputs, including rewritten copy, structured data, citation analytics and attribution, may be incomplete, out of date, or wrong. You must review and approve content through the Review stage before it is published, and you are responsible for the accuracy, legality and compliance of everything you publish through the Service.

AI engines are operated by third parties outside our control. We do not warrant, and cannot guarantee, that any engine will cite, recommend, rank or describe your brand in any particular way, or that visibility or citation outcomes will improve. The Service is a decision-support and publishing tool and is not a substitute for your own professional, legal, regulatory or editorial judgement.

3. Your responsibilities

You will: ensure you own or have the right to ingest, optimise and publish the content and to connect any data sources (such as CMS, CRM, billing or inventory systems) you make available to the Service; ensure that source content is accurate and that published content is lawful, non-infringing and compliant with the rules of your sector; keep account credentials secure; and use the Service lawfully and within your tier's limits. You will not reverse-engineer, resell, or use the Service to build a competing product. Where you use the Service as an agency on behalf of your own clients, you are responsible for having the necessary authority and instructions from each client.

4. Fees and billing

The Service is priced per client per month at the published rate for your tier. Indicative pricing starts at £1,500 per client per month (entry) and scales to £4,000 to £6,000 per client per month (premium); the agency tier is priced on multi-client commitments and includes the white-label client portal. Pricing is subject to change on notice. Subscriptions run for an annual term and are billed quarterly in advance, and are non-refundable except as required by law. We may revise pricing on 30 days' notice; changes take effect at your next renewal.

5. Term, suspension and termination

These Terms run for your subscription period (typically an annual term) and renew automatically unless cancelled before renewal. We may suspend the Service for non-payment or material breach. On termination, your right to use the Service ends. You may export your content before termination, and we will, at your choice, delete or return content we hold on your behalf as set out in the Data Processing Agreement. Content already published to public surfaces will be unpublished on request, subject to caching by third parties and AI engines outside our control.

6. Intellectual property

7peaks and its licensors own all rights in the Service, including its workflow, models, prompts, and software. You own your content and data. You grant us only the limited rights needed to ingest, store, process, optimise, publish and monitor your content in order to provide the Service, in accordance with your instructions and the Data Processing Agreement.

7. Warranties and disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including fitness for a particular purpose and accuracy of outputs. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free, that AI outputs will be accurate, or that any AI-engine visibility, citation or ranking outcome will be achieved.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, neither party is liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, or loss of data. Our total aggregate liability under these Terms is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing limits liability that cannot be excluded by law.

9. Confidentiality and data protection

Each party will keep the other's confidential information secure. Processing of personal data within content and data sources you make available to the Service is governed by the Data Processing Agreement, which forms part of these Terms.

10. General

We may update these Terms on notice; continued use constitutes acceptance. These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction. If any provision is unenforceable, the rest remain in effect.
